How One Artist Incorporates the Fantasy Art Trend Into Her Work

Before the start of a new year, Pinterest releases “Pinterest Predicts,” which reports on rising trends. Keep an eye on the report because the social network cites an 80-percent success rate for predicting trends. In 2023 Pinterest anticipates that “Gen Z and Boomers will make room for weirdcore design, mushroom decor and fantasy art in their sacred spaces.” So we reached out to our network to find artists who incorporate fantasy into their work. Artist E.M. Corsa replied.

Pinterest Predicts

E.M. shared some fantasy art from her “Wee Wishes” collection. The artist explained the inspiration behind the fairytale art line in her artist statement: “Just imagine a wish to celebrate a windfall or a wish for a night to howl at the moon. How about a wish for a moon light in your darkest hour, a wish to stay balanced or a wish for shiny red boots for life’s messy puddles? Because everyone needs a wish now and again.”
